Relaxation

Have you ever had a weekend full of plans moving from one thing to the next? How do you handle hiccups when things don’t go as planned? How can you relax more easily into the flow, removing your attachment to the plans and sink into the moment?

 

We relax best when we are focused on relaxation. Not when we are multitasking or media binging rather when we stop and take time for ourselves. During this time we can let our mind flow freely and think spontaneously.

 

Where do you think best? I insist that you go to that place, state of mind, experience, that feeling, as often as humanly possible. And then… relax.
